**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant in the UK.

In this rewarding role, you will live with a customer to provide personalized support and companionship, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include administering medication, manual handling, promoting health and well-being, household chores, meal preparation, shopping, social outings, and offering emotional support.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in care work, be naturally caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with customers and their families. We offer a competitive salary (£22,000 - £25,500 per annum, based on 37 hours/week), comprehensive benefits package, including mileage allowance, paid annual leave, meals or allowance, regular contact with your supervisor, access to our career pathway, ongoing training and support, regular breaks, and a clear schedule of working time vs downtime.
