As a Live-In Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be part of our dedicated team, living with a customer to provide tailored support and companionship. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, manual handling, promoting health and well-being, household chores, meal preparation, shopping, social outings, and offering emotional support.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in care work, be naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. We offer competitive rates (£10.50-£12.00 per hour), enhanced rates for Bank Holidays, mileage allowance, paid annual leave, meals or allowance, regular contact with your supervisor, access to our career pathway, ongoing training and support, regular breaks, and a clearly defined schedule of working time vs downtime.
**Salary:** £20,800 - £24,000 per annum (based on 37 hours/week)
