Care at Home Services South East Ltd is a leading provider of home care services in Kent and Sussex. We are currently seeking a qualified Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Lewes as a Community Health Care Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the best possible support and assistance. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients and their families.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £15.40 per hour, along with a range of benefits, including:
- A £150 driver bonus per week
- Competitive rates of pay above industry average in most locations
- 5.6 weeks' holiday (pro rata)
- Free uniform and DBS check
- Paid training and shadowing
- Funded development opportunities, including NVQs and internal promotions
- Mileage enhancement and refer-a-friend scheme
Weekend availability is essential for this role.
