About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as our Adult's Registered Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for children aged 7-17 who have experienced childhood trauma.

Responsibilities

As our Adult's Registered Manager, you will:

  1. Support young people in Therapeutic Based Care
  2. Work alongside children with childhood trauma in a nurturing environment
  3. Use robust operating processes and procedures to create safe environments
  4. Develop and implement therapeutic programmes to meet the needs of our young people
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce
  • LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
  • Valid driving licence
