Adult's Registered Manager
Company OverviewAt SGS Care Ltd, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children aged 7-17 who have experienced childhood trauma. Our team of experts works closely with young people to create a safe and supportive space that fosters growth and development.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, including a £7,000 bonus package and a £1,000 registration bonus. Additionally, we offer an up to £6,000 relocation package and a £3,250 referral bonus.
Job DescriptionAs our Adult's Registered Manager, you will be responsible for supporting young people in Therapeutic Based Care. Your role will involve working alongside children with childhood trauma in a nurturing environment, using robust operating processes and procedures to create safe environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce
- LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
- Valid driving licence
