We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Development Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping corporate and major donor strategy to secure financial and in-kind support for exceptional education and care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective corporate fund-raising strategies
  • Solicit and steward major gifts from business leaders and high-net-worth individuals
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities through research and networking

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of securing high-value donations and managing income targets
  • Experience in managing high-value relationships with business leaders and corporate partners

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)    Location: Lewes
