Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bolt-On Recruitment Ltd. As a seasoned professional with experience in property and asset management, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects that focus on service improvements and capital developments.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of property management and construction, including acquisition, development, planned maintenance, refurbishment, and disposals. They will also possess a recognised qualification in Project Management or strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

In this role, you will lead the management and delivery of property-related projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with organisational goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets, providing regular progress updates, and identifying potential project risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
