Academics Ltd is seeking a Child Development Learning Coordinator to join our team. As a recent Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with children who have moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs in our school based in Lewes.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per year, a comprehensive induction program, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

You will play a key role in supporting the education and well-being of children who require additional support, including those with challenging behaviour, ADHD or Autism.

  • Coordinating the delivery of specialist programmes and interventions to meet individual student needs
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with parents, carers and other professionals involved in student care
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to student welfare and well-being
