Salary and Benefits
Our Education Support Specialist role offers a competitive salary of £18,339-£20,050 per annum (32.5 hours per week) or £11,003-£12,030 per annum (19.5 hours per week). In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment. The role also includes term time only hours, which provides a better work-life balance for those looking to pursue other interests or hobbies outside of work.
Job Description
As an Education Support Specialist at Ad Warrior, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Supporting teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for our students
• Assisting students with daily living tasks and promoting independence
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
