Lifelong Learning Institute Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day operations at our main office in Lewes while supporting other sites throughout Kent and Sussex Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adult learners and be proficient in typical office and education technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate planning, room logistics, and execution of courses, events, and activities across locations.
- Supervise Classroom/AV Support staff to ensure member satisfaction with online and in-classroom technology.
- Recruit, train, and develop instructors and volunteers.
This position requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and effective communication with a wide range of constituents. Experience within an academic setting is preferred.
