We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Assistant Curriculum Manager** to lead our Adult Education programmes at One Garden Brighton and our College campus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of land-based education and making a positive impact on our students' lives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in curriculum leadership, programme development, and staff management. You will also be proficient in IT and familiar with virtual learning environments, and have a passion for horticulture, floristry, and forestry.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including up to 37 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), and up to 5 efficiency days at Christmas.
