Healthcare Operations Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Operational Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a vital role in driving the delivery of efficient, effective, and high-quality professional and coordinated Continuing Healthcare commissioning functions. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Deputy Head of AACC in achieving our goals and ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Act as a senior operational manager within the All-Age Continuing Healthcare team.
- Work to requirements and standards of CHC as defined in the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (revised 2022).
- Support the Deputy Head of AACC in ensuring that CHC work streams and programmes are planned and carried out effectively.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A strong background in nursing, with a degree or equivalent educational achievement.
- Evidence of continuing professional development associated with NHS Continuing Healthcare.
- Leadership qualifications, with experience in clinical supervision and reflective practice.
- Expert knowledge of NHS Continuing Healthcare guidance and policy, including risk management policies and procedures.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, with excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
