The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within our All-Age Continuing Care (AACC) service. This involves supporting the Head of AACC in ensuring that our commissioning function meets statutory, regulatory, and NHS requirements. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for reviewing and producing policies and standard operating procedures to ensure excellence in financial management and quality care.

We welcome applications from registered nurses with a first-level degree or equivalent experience. You must have evidence of continuing professional development associated with NHS Continuing Healthcare and hold a leadership qualification. Your expertise should include knowledge of NHS Continuing Healthcare guidance and policy, as well as data protection and confidentiality practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to motivate staff to participate in audit and research. Leadership and strategic planning skills are also essential for this role.

In return for your dedication, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits that prioritize your health, well-being, and happiness.
