Community Carer

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting if necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and case managers, to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
Experience is not necessary as training given. Immediate start.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
