We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Academic Operations Manager to join our team at the University of Delaware's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing instructors and volunteers, and overseeing course scheduling.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an academic setting and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Course Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling of courses across locations and modalities, working with UD OLLI-Wilmington and Online staff and volunteers to coordinate online, hybrid, and group viewing opportunities.
- Instructor Management: Assist with the planning, room logistics, and execution of courses, events, and activities at each OLLI K/S location.
- Volunteer Recruitment: Coordinate instructor and volunteer recruitment, training, and development.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should also possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in typical office and education technologies.
The salary range for this position is $ 65,000 - 85,000 per year.
