Digital Asset Management Opportunity

The Digital Preservation Coalition has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Asset Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the development of workflows for digital preservation and access to all records, including collections from East Sussex and Brighton and Hove Record Office.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, in-depth knowledge of digital preservation principles and techniques, and specialist knowledge of IT solutions and technical experience of dealing with digital records.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing digital asset management strategies;
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective digital preservation and access;
  3. Providing training and support to staff on digital asset management practices;
  4. Maintaining accurate records of digital assets and their preservation status.

Estimated Salary: £34,500 - £38,000 per annum
