Within this role you will maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them up to date with all East Sussex Highways matters, responding to their enquiries and concerns to provide and end to end customer experience
**What you'll be doing**
As a **Customer Care Representative** you will:

- Providing a professional and timely response to your key stakeholders’ enquiries, this will include elected members, parishes, and East Sussex County Council.
- Taking ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to resolution within agreed timescales and maintaining a complete record of all contact within our CRM system
- Proactively calling your key stakeholders to provide them with updates and seek
clarification on any issues
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your key stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong, long lasting, and trusted relationships with your key stakeholders
- Responding to customer complaints with the aim to resolve at first contact where
possible

**Who we're looking for** You will have the following experience**:

- Have the ability to develop relationships with your key stakeholder by clearly and
- You to always act with integrity and professionalism and have respect for

confidentiality

**The following skills and experience would be desirable**:

- Experience of handling key stakeholder enquiries
- Experience of working for a local authority
- Knowledge of highway issues
