Up to £85,000 DOE Welcome Bonus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance up to £5,000 We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our Small Animal Department.
As Clinical Director, you'll help lead a team of long-standing vets and nurses, manage operations, and enjoy clinical freedom with a diverse caseload.
You will be fully supported by your Head Nurse and experienced Practice Manager and have a collaborative relationship with the farm and equine Clinical Directors.

Our Rota Pattern Typically, this is a full-time position working 40 hours over 4 or 5 days plus a share in the Saturday morning rota.
No OOH.

State-of-the-Art Equipment: Laparoscopy, digital radiography, dental x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound/doppler, and more.
We also have a full-time laboratory technician who will run a very large range of diagnostics "in-house" to provide an exceptional level of care for our patients.

What you'll bring You will be a dynamic leader, bringing a mix of your clinical, people and commercial leadership skills and be ready to lead by example.
You will have an understanding and experience working with commercial measures such as profit and loss reports, and you will work closely with your Area Director in delivering the business KPIs through considered business planning.
