Overview

Sussex Partnership, a leading provider of mental health services, seeks a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join their team in the CAMHS Service. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, using a bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge. They will work collaboratively with other professionals to plan and deliver individually tailored treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical assessments, investigations, and develop treatment plans for children, young people, and families in various settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, psychologists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Work closely with other Consultants and Specialty Doctors within Sussex CAMHS to achieve service goals.

Requirements:

  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum (pro rata for part-time working).
