About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paramedic to join our Primary Care team at HMP Lewes, a category B male prison located in the heart of Lewes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paramedic to lead a small team of paramedics, providing clinical leadership and expertise in delivering high-quality patient care within a secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paramedicine, with experience in working autonomously and as part of a team. They will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, including minor illness and injury assessment, suturing, IV access, hemorrhage control, wound care, and cardiac & CVA intervention.

As a Senior Paramedic, you will work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of care and contribute to the development of the team through mentorship and training.

In return, you can expect a competitive annual salary up to £47,250, depending on experience, plus bespoke induction, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and our Learning Management System to support your learning needs.
