We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Paramedic to join our Primary Care team at HM/ICR, a category X Prison. As a key member of our healthcare centre, you will provide exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and contributing to the development of our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as performing procedures such as suturing, IV access, hemorrhage control, wound care, and cardiac & CVA intervention.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake thorough assessments of patients' needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
