Senior Paramedic Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paramedic to join our team at HMP Lewes. As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will provide clinical leadership to a small team of paramedics and be responsible for assessing and managing patient care within the healthcare centre and on the Wings/blocks.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and support to junior staff members
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform advanced procedures, including suturing, IV access, and wound care
Requirements
- Qualified Paramedic with post-qualification experience and ILS training certificates
- Continuing professional development to maintain expertise in patient care
