Executive Support Role Opportunity

Hays Business Support Organisation seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. This key position offers the chance to develop your existing skill set and progress your career.
The role involves working 5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) on a hybrid basis, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home.
- Manage diaries and arrange travel itineraries
- Create documents, agendas, and presentations
- Handle inbox management, inbound calls, and queries
- Arrange meetings, collate information, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Process expenses and reconcile credit card statements
To succeed in this role, you will need previous PA/EA experience, preferably supporting C-Suite level executives.
With a competitive annual salary of £37,388, 35 days' holiday, and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme, this is an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging role.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior leadership team, managing diaries, arranging travel itineraries, creating documents, and handling inbox management.
