Administrative Professional Sought
Hays Business Support is seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to support their team.
This key position involves working 5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) on a hybrid basis, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home.
- Coordinate calendars and organise travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, agendas, and presentations
- Manage inbox, handle phone calls, and respond to queries
- Arrange meetings, gather information, take minutes, and follow up on tasks
- Process expenses and reconcile credit card accounts
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is required, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
A competitive annual salary of £37,388, 35 days' holiday, and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme are offered. Additionally, the organisation provides flexible working arrangements, allowing for 2 days per week to be worked from home.
