The company ProTalent is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team in Lewes.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure smooth and effective payroll services to a large client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of client payrolls, including RTI submissions and end-of-year reporting.
- Process payrolls efficiently, utilizing pension uploads, holiday scheme calculations, and software uploads as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years relevant payroll experience, ideally in a bureau setting but open to industry applications.
- Knowledge of IRIS/payrite & xero systems.
- Competent in the use of Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage and prioritize your workload effectively.
