We are looking for a talented Payroll and Pensions Operations Manager to join our team at AD WARRIOR in Lewes. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum.

The role involves managing payroll and pensions operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees on payroll and pensions-related matters. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to employee benefits.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage payroll and pensions operations, including processing salaries, deductions, and contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as HMRC and GDPR.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for payroll and pensions administration.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll and pensions-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to employee benefits.
