The charity has embarked on a very exciting change programme aimed at improving the overall employee journey and they are looking for an experienced People Advisor to partner with the team in achieving this goal.

Your day to day will include all aspects of employee lifecycle, such as absence management, employee relations cases and employment advice to the management team, probation reviews, appraisals, maternity and paternity leave, as well as more focused HR change project work.

You must be proficient on systems and reporting, good knowledge of employment law and comfortable working on HR projects, enjoy working part of a team and up for a challenge

The organisation would also be open to support you with gaining a CIPD qualification
