  • Proven experience in HR, ideally within the education sector, with a track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach, working closely with school leaders and trust leadership
  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of children
What We Offer
