Job Introduction
Are you looking to work in HR and looking to develop your career within a collaborative team?

We are looking to recruit a HR Consultant in our Attendance Management Team. As an HR Consultant you will play a key role in building the capacity of line managers to resolve attendance management issues effectively and professionally within a busy environment. The post will involve providing advice and guidance to Corporate Departments, Schools and external customers on Attendance Management and Wellbeing matters, which includes advising managers on supporting staff during their absence, providing guidance on their attendance management policy and attending meetings as appropriate in accordance with the policy.

You will work within a large team of other employee relations specialists and be able to access support from experts across the HR department. You will play a key role in building the capacity of line managers to resolve attendance management issues effectively and professionally within a busy environment.

- Are able to develop effective working relationships
- Are able to juggle constantly changing priorities and demonstrate resilience
- Have knowledge and experience of working in HR and understand best practice

Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams unless you request an in-person interview. Interview dates will be confirmed after shortlisting but will be after 25 September.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
