We currently have a part-time fixed term vacancy for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our small HR team. You will be the first point of contact for general day-to-day HR enquiries for all areas of the Company. Responsible for managing and providing advice and support on seasonal and permanent recruitment, general HR enquiries as well as supporting the Head of HR and HR Partner with projects as required.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- To maintain and issue contracts and change in terms letters for permanent staff and seasonal front of house staff using DocuSign.
- To support managers with interviewing, as required
- Play a key role in installing a new HR and Payroll database to include cleansing existing data, working closely with the internal project manager, testing the new system and providing general support for the project.
- Work with the HR Assistant to manage the administration of e-learning which offers online training for staff. Including setting up courses for individuals, managing the data lists and liaising with the provider as necessary.
- Responsibility for gathering the company's Equality & Diversity information for workforce and applicants. Creating Google forms to collect information and to provide analysis of responses when required. Provide statistics as part of the annual Arts Council submission.
- To administer the HR part of the onboarding process for new staff and assist with the delivery where required. To support the HR Partner with training activities.
- First point of contact for all leave related issues including maternity, paternity, annual leave etc.
- To complete exit interviews as required
- Administration and system support for other projects as required by the Head of HR and HR Partner
- To deal with any reference requests.
- Support with the organisation and delivery of the organisational work experience programme.
- Working with the existing HR and Payroll database to ensure it is kept up to date. Also a requirement to produce management information reports, maintain contract templates and mail merge documents, support departmental administrators using the system and deal with day to day information enquiries.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience of working at a senior administrator level in a busy HR environment
- Comprehensive experience of using a HR/Payroll system or equivalent CRM database to generate contracts, standard letters & reports
- Experience of using a report writer to modify standard and create bespoke reports
- Attention to detail and accurate data inputting
- High level working knowledge MS Word, including mail merge and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse numerical data
- Ability to work with absolute confidentiality

**Desirable**
- Experience of a unionised and hourly paid environment
- Use of Google Docs/Sheets/Drive
- Use of DocuSign or equivalent software
- CIPD qualification

**Hours of Work**

This is a part time position with the contractual hours of work being 28 hours per week to be worked over 4 days one of which must be a Wednesday, however you may be required to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role.

Though there may be some opportunity to adopt hybrid working at certain times of the year (maximum one day per week), however the main working location for this role will be on site at Glyndebourne.

**Salary & Benefits**

We can offer a salary of between £20,000 - £23,200 (FTE £25,000 - £29,000) per annum.
