**Responsibilities**:
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the construction team.
- Manage procurement of site materials, including collecting delivery notes.
- Assist in organizing project documentation, encompassing contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the construction team.
- Conduct data entry tasks meticulously to maintain accurate records.
- Organize and upkeep project files and documents for easy accessibility.
- Procure PPE and other essential office supplies for site operations.
- Gather and organize Subcontractor RAMS and insurance documentation.
- Provide support to the management team and Director as required.
**Skills**:
- Preferably hold an NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Possess prior experience as an Administrator within the Construction sector.
- Exhibit strong typing skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for efficient administrative functions.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities to manage diverse tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in office and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Display professional phone etiquette and exemplary communication skills.
