To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to come and join our team at our Chailey factory in Lewes, BN8 4BA

Job role:

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for administrative support for the factory team.

Key Accountabilities:

Basic administration duties, including scanning and filing of documents.

General reception and telephone duties.

Greeting all visitors, contractors and lorry drivers and ensuring that they comply with the site health and safety rules.

Accurate inputting of daily factory production numbers.

Ordering and management of the sites PPE supplies

Collating, reviewing and filing of health and safety paperwork including updating of factory notice boards.

Skills and Experience:

An outstanding team player who is flexible and has an enthusiastic attitude to work.

Has strong communication skills. Self-discipline, able to multi-task, and good attention to detail.

Good level of computer literacy and numeric skills and a competent user of all Microsoft applications

Previous administration experience not required

  • Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 2:30pm (36hrs)
