Administrator Assistant

Duties:

- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the purchase ledger, including data entry, correct nominal coding and ensuring the correct process is used using our purchase invoice processing system.
- Collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies and address any related queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Provide support during audits

**Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
