Responsibilities:

- Answering the phones dealing with customer enquiries
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- maintain compliance documentation for different/new governing body / trade associations
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- work as a team to Manage engineer work flows and client bookings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

Qualifications:

- Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Business Administration
- minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing and Heating is preferred but not essential

If you are a motivated person who has a passion for customer service and quality. We are looking for someone who can assist with the day to day operation of the business but can also bring new ideals to assist the business in its growth moving forward.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Freelance, Graduate

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.52 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
