**Excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Administrator to join a well-established company based in Halesowen**
**Company**
The company specialises in all types of healthcare construction projects, providing complete turnkey packages and delivering a large number of projects from minor repairs to full refurbishments.
Due to continued expansion the company is now looking to recruit an experienced administrator with some construction/building experience.
- Strong administration background.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel etc)
- Ability to read drawings (preferred but no essential)
- Knowledge of commercial and residential building materials
- Able to organise and manage own workload.
- Able to make sound judgements, find solutions to complex issues and problems.
- Able to work under your own supervision and alongside other team members.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Excellent client facing skills.
Salary meets National Minimum Wage.
Applicants will be required to show references.
**Salary**: £20,319.00 per year
