We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in data entry and other computerized tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
