**About the role**:
As an Administration Assistant, you will assist the team & office manager with day-to-day administration tasks, this will include:
- Supporting the ongoing coordination and management of projects.
- Perform administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and assist in the general running of the office functions.
- Provide clerical support to the wider team including typing, filing, photocopying etc.
- Completion of essential reports and certifications.
- Answering the telephone, passing calls and taking telephone messages competently.
- Processing employees’ timesheets and entering on to payroll system.
- Procurement tasks - sourcing & purchasing required items.
- Data input to internal systems and spreadsheets.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.
- Hours of work Mon to Thurs: 08.30 - 16.00 Fri: 08.30 - 13.00
**What we need from you**:
- Experience in an Administrative role or similar
- Great IT skills including proficient in Excel and Microsoft software.
- Organised and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
