Part-time Administrator

SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Cumbernauld who is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join the team
Wednesday - Friday 22.5 hours a week
£18,000 - £22,500 pro rata
**Responsibilities**:
Perform clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Assist in organising and maintaining physical and digital files.
Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets accurately.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Help with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,910.63 per year
