As Customer Service Administrator, you will be working closely with the sales, technical, finance and supply chain teams with responsibility for:

- Preparing and processing orders on SAGE
- Booking in/amending deliveries with Grocery Retailer depots and B2B customers
- Preparing despatches for next day
- Booking all deliveries on Haulier portals
- Preparing all Haulier pallet labels for despatches
- Daily invoicing on Sage
- De-hiring pallets from previous day’s despatches
- Retrieving PODs (proof of delivery) from hauliers
- Liaising with customers regarding progress on orders
- General administrative and ad hoc duties

This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who is well organised with great communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships at all levels. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. IT savvy and competent in Excel, you will be driven to provide exceptional customer service and ideally have previous experience in either customer service or a sales support function in a business-to-business environment.
