Overview

As a Customer Accounts Administrator, you will serve as a key support for our off-site colleagues and a main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their experience with The Beal Group is as smooth and efficient as possible. In this role, you’ll perform a range of administrative duties, from handling customer enquiries and managing production route cards to supporting general office functions.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

* Responding promptly to customer enquiries and providing top-tier service

* Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering calls, filing, and generating production route cards

* Working closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

* Maintaining excellent productivity and a strong attention to detail

* Supporting a collaborative work environment and adapting to new efficiencies

* Strong organisational skills with experience in Office 365; CRM experience is a plus

Requirements

* Must be able to commute or relocate to Cumbernauld (please note, relocation expenses are not covered)

* Previous experience with commercial vehicles is advantageous but not essential
