Office Administrator/receptionist

**Box Couriers & Box Autos** are a dynamic and growing Courier, Bodyshop, Garage & Tyre company and are looking for an Office Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Cumbernauld.
You will ensure efficient day-to-day running of the office along with supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers, suppliers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support by managing and maintaining records and files, both paper and electronic
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain office & workshop supplies / stock
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as billing, invoicing and reconciling accounts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organised office area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Full UK Driving license advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and computerised systems
- Experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software is a big plus.
