**Guest Experience Assistant** - (Days/Evenings & weekend work included)

**What you will be doing**
- You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
- Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
- Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
- Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
- Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme and fully embracing the "true life" culture
- Managing the guests facebook group page and gathering contact to be used across social media platforms.
- Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.

Full Time hours: 37.5 hours per week
**Job Types**: part time/ full time, contract
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
