Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize office operations, leveraging your proficiency in job management software and familiarity with Xero.
- Ensure all administrative processes support the efficient execution of roofing projects, from client inquiries to project completion.
- Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including quotes, invoices, contracts, risk assessments, and method statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and HSE regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
- Coordinate with the roofing squads, providing clear instructions and support to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Oversee HR tasks, including payroll, recruitment, and training, to develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Champion technology within the office, ensuring the team is leveraging Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and other software tools effectively to enhance productivity and communication.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in an office coordination role within the construction or roofing industry.
- High proficiency in job management software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and experience with Xero is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and the ability to compile comprehensive risk assessments and method statements when required.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to take charge and confidently interact with field teams.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Salary**: £23,310.00-£24,426.00 per year
