**Recharge Administrator**

The ideal applicant will:

- possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- have an excellent telephone manner
- have a good level of computer skills
- be able to work on their own as well as part of a very busy team
- have a good standard in their command of the English language
- be able to confidently and competently interact with customers, other business divisions and service agents alike

The key duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- the assessment of external invoices to determine any associated recharge opportunities
- to process and send all communications to customers with recharge costs and supporting documents etc
- to proactively follow up on all sent recharges to ensure prompt and satisfactory closure
- ensure all questions and queries in relation to ongoing recharges are dealt with promptly and efficiently to prevent any unnecessary delays
- carry out any other associated administration tasks required by the role

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: Monday to Friday, split shift between 8am & 6pm,

week 1 8am to 4pm & week 2 10am to 6pm
