We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Siemens Mobility in the UK and Ireland market.

About the Job
  • As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of their schedules and tasks.
  • You will develop and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • You should have extensive administrative experience in sophisticated environments, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Able to work independently, assessing priorities and making sound judgement calls, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hyper-organised and proficient in Microsoft packages, with a keen eye for detail and ability to learn quickly, able to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
