Fast growing business based in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester requires an Finance/Sales Administrator for their business.

This is an excellent role for someone looking to grow their experience within an office environment.

Reporting to the Finance Team Leader duties will include:

- Checking all invoices & processes for sending out to customers
- Post out monthly statements
- Prepare recharges for invoicing
- Take post for franking and handling all apsects of incoming an outgoing post
- Checking invoices and writing up history of invoices onto the IT system
- Assist with producing Ad Hoc Purchase Orders and issuing PO numbers
- Assist as required with documents, filing and potential input of data in connection to the Purchase Ledger
- Assist as required for any other administration tasks

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
