Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support Senior Leaders in driving the electrification agenda at Siemens Mobility in the UK and Ireland market.

About the Role
  • Provide high-level administrative, operational management, and project support coordinating a busy schedule internally and externally with various partners.
  • Proactively plan, prioritise, and organise diaries, ensuring successful meeting setup and execution.
  • Project manage events, departmental activities, and team meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external service providers to meet administrative needs.
  • Manage expense reporting, deadlines, and presentations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Senior Leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of their schedules and tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • You should have extensive administrative experience in sophisticated environments, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Able to work independently, assessing priorities and making sound judgement calls, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Hyper-organised and proficient in Microsoft packages, with a keen eye for detail and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
