**Business Development Sales Executive -Temp to Perm Contract**
**Location: Garshall Green, Stafford ST18**
**Hours of work:9.00am - 5.00pm - Mon - Fri**
**Salary: £15.38ph - Permanent salary £30,000 + OTE £50,000 - £60,000 **
**Summary**
Our client is a well-known family owned and run business with a base in Stafford. They are a passive fire protection company. They specialise in the supply and installation of fire doors. Fire Barriers. Penetration sealing. Due to growth and expansion, theyare recruiting for a new super star to join their team as a Business Development Sales Exec.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Maintain a full understanding of passive fire protection industry and the market.
- To cultivate relationships with new & existing clients through online portals, speculative calling, and field sales visits to achieve new business.
- Experience in construction industry & construction sales environment crucial
**What you will have**:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in a similar field
- GCSE or equivalent in Math and English
- IT literate - experience using the Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to go after the win and close sales and progress within the business.
- A positive attitude with the ability to build rapport with all customers and stakeholders.
