Reed are working with a reputable, ever growing Automotive company based in Stafford to recruit **Linguist Business Development Manager** on a permanent basis.

If you are fluent in **German, Italian, French, Hungarian, Finnish, Swedish** and looking for a career in sales, this is the role for you

**As the successful Sales Executive you will have the following duties**:
Speaking with new and dormant customers over the phone
Reactive and proactive sales
Qualify web enquiries in a timely manner
Maximise sales opportunities
Ensure you are hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets
Build relationships with key decision makers to ensure the business are part of the preferred suppliers list
Negotiating payment terms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies
Build and retain a portfolio of customers that match the service offering
Win and develop your own business to achieve promotion to Account Manager
Be fluent in either German, Italian, French, Hungarian, Finnish or Swedish
Excellent communication skills
IT proficient
Have some CRM experience - training will be provided
Sales experience - ideal but not essential
Have a passion and drive to be successful
Able to multi task in a high pressured environment
A positive attitude
Clear desire to work to the company vision and values
