We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team within the Vistry North Central Midlands region. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to work across multiple sites, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of the residential property market. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial customer contact to closing deals.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. In addition, a range of benefits including a mileage allowance, car scheme, and annual leave package are also provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships and communicating effectively throughout the sales process
  • Negotiating sales prices and agreements with customers
  • Utilizing technology to generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Working closely with site teams to ensure build progress is communicated effectively to customers
